WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?

The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

12:31 this is so effective for tightness that results from sitting 8 hours at a desk. I do it right before core strengthening and it helps me hold the core pose longer. I recommend BEtv to everyone I know and meet ❤

Hello! Thank you for these videos!! This is much closer to my pace....I'm older, post M, and stiffer and in more pain than I have ever been, due to the last 10 years in a stressful lifestyle. Often, more often than not, I can't extend legs on the floor, bounce in a position, or swing my arms above my shoulders, or do a bridge at all. I notice that your youthful presentation doesn't take my type into account and suggest modifications. Is this intentional? I suppose it could make the video longer? Yes, pain, exhale out, but perhaps some suggested modifications along the way, for us older broken folks?? 🙏🙏

Can this excercise be done if i have cervical (c4-c5-c6) disc and liner disc(l4-l5-s1) problem with tailbone shifting left?

Help! When I did this the back of my right thigh cramped up. Is this good like a sign of healing or bad I am aggravating a nerve. Any suggestions? I have liked most of your other videos very much.

Hi Shari, if you feel a cramp then please release your body completely to the floor with your legs stretched out and shake your legs side to side. The cramping just means that it's activating a muscle that typically doesn't get used.

This TOTALLY worked for me. I'm kind of amazed. I have SI joint pain from time to time, no doubt due to a lot of sitting and sometimes falling off the wagon with moving adequately. This morning I woke up and I just wanted to move and shake off the nagging pain that feels like something is stuck. This routine did it. The stiffness in my SI joint and pelvis more or less dissipated. Thank you SO MUCH.

@@BrainEducationTV I have a slip disc injury many years ago but never exercised so muscles weak. Doc says Fibromyalgia and osteoporosis too causing me so much pain.. can you do a video for both the above how to handle pain and gain muscle strength?
