sir my father had retired on 31 august 2019 and he joined on service in 1985. his last basic was 27156+3600 gradepay = 30786 & last pay drawn was 74k .now how much can he get the hike approxmately ? moreover which factor should be implemented on him kindly revert thankew so much .

@@MY100TOPIC i have watched. but sir still i have cunfusion regarding calculation . on 31st dec 2015 basic +gp was 22250 total salary was 49k . and he retired on 74k (30786 b.p+ g.p 3600) but as you shown to us grade pay of 4400 but my father got only 3600 grade pay how i can calculate ?. he was retired as a dozer operator.

Mr speaker, are you sure govt has issued notification for all what you are describing. Why misguided the people. Govt don't have money to pay salary of the employees and you are describing the amount employees and pensioners will get. You are running your own shop so that people come to you for fixation. What rubbish
