I am actually in the process of acquiring my next vehicle..listening to Bobby just made me want to take a drive to Mit Mak motors in Pta..thanks for the gems gents
The energy in this conversation was on a VERY high vibrational frequency. This guy has played a role in me landing my next role in my profession. Will be back with an update after my interview 🙌 These two spoke truth, light and how these two elements are results of applying universal natural laws. Thanks Pen and Bobby
Sales professional here, and this interview was pure gold! I regret not watching it sooner because it's packed with actionable advice I'm already planning to implement with my team. Penuel, you consistently amaze us with your ability to extract valuable insights and present them in a way that resonates with everyone - not just sales folks, but anyone aiming to achieve their goals. Thank you for sharing this!
Amazing people! I'm literally crying just watching you guys. The atmosphere, the respect for one another. This is by far better than TV and radio combined. Thank you so much guys.
@@phemelosebastianmokgothu01 he talks about building a solid team, setting targets, being competitive and being innovative. Not to mention staying informed and implementing systems, methodologies and technology that will give one a competitive edge. He also talks about working hours and etc... You will pick this up if you run a business and looking to grow. And of course, you need a product or service to run a business. His product is cars. So he's basically condensed his 15 years of experience in 1 hour. And there are so many other important nuggets that he has mentioned
@@phemelosebastianmokgothu01you’re not listening closely enough… or you don’t know what to listen for. He spoke about personality, goals, growth, economy etc.
this probably the best episode on the show, i could be wrong thank you for exposing us to such high quality people, conversation and content. may you channel continue to grow!!!
I enjoyed this episode, worthwhile and a lot of nuggets. Thank you Pen for bringing through guys like Bobby. I heard him when he touched on keeping control of your business. As an SME owner myself, if you don't pay attention for a day...the business can quickly become a stranger before your eyes
The podcast is always informative, you always ask 80% of the right questions but it would be great if you have a Q&A for your host from the viewers just to engage more on the podcast..but only 15 minutes before the show ends..this is just a suggestion as viewer not a complaint or anything
I would like to second the suggestion. It would be so great to have the guests answering questions, which directly emerge from the viewer. I say this because the perspective of the viewer, is different from the one of the host. As much as I second the suggestion, I also believe that, the questions of the viewer should be permitted during a special edition of the podcast. A special edition will also enable viewers to purchase tickets, in order to watch the podcast live, while the recording is taking place. I recommend that the questions of the viewer should be permitted during a special edition only. In a special edition of the podcast, the guests discuss social affairs rather than personal affairs.
Thank you Pen, I always enjoy listening to you and your guest's. I think for sometime I lost touch with my ambitions and goals, and I conformd to societies beliefs so thanks to you and your show I am relearning again what's important in my life so thank you Pen and your team. Thank you Bobby
This talk got me thinking the following My general observation The most ambitious people come from two classes: 1) People who come from money and appreciate the status quo. They want to impress daddy and be the next CEO of the parent's group of companies; or excel above the parents nje in general. 2) People who come from nothing (poverty) but have tasted a good life. You cannot outwork this type. They are so afraid of what life used to be they will move mountains to be successful. The worst lot are people from middle class families and poor people who have never tasted a good life. They are the most entitled lot you will ever come accross. One is entitled to the parents and the other is entitled to the state for welfare. The laziest group of people comes from this lot.
Just watched this episode for the 2nd time. Worth it! I've sent the link to my closest people. This is my favourite Podcast. I'm struggling to get my business off the ground, this is the type of content that gives us hope and motivation to keep going. Big up to both teams, The Penuel Show and Mit Mak Motors. So much love for you guys 🙏🏿🙌🏿❤️
Amazing business insight/strategies shared on this episode. Strongly recommend it for entrepreneurs. Thoroughly enjoyed will be taking notes when I listen the 2nd time.
The thing I love about my beautiful South Africa is that we are rich in people. We are everyone and that makes us one unique nation that is fascinating to live in. You don need to go anywhere outside of the country to experience anything coz everything and everyone is here. Am proud to be south African Let's watch out for politicians that are trying to divide us now. For them it's just for votes, but we lose our nation in their momentary gains of division.
there is no politician try to divide you, there are real life issues / unresolved issues that politicians take advantage of, so whether the politicians exist or not, these issues will still exist and people will still be divided along those issues. False unity will not create a health society.
Penuel i listen to your podcast almost every interview /conversation but this conversation is one of the best I've ever listened to that statement of if you can't build anything atleast build your body it hit very hard keep up the good work!!!
" Imposter Syndrome " This segment hit home. This has made me realise that, in specific spaces, I AM an imposter. I see myself deserving to be part and parcel of the room with no credentials. I definitely need to load up my arsenal.
Black men need to stop looking to whites to solve their problems. That's the issue with you. You can't work together and develop anything for black people
23:30 - lovely principle, here In some spaces they say, you never have to lose the sale! This is the same in services. People lose out on business because someone says they can't afford the rate. But in many cases you can breakdown the service to give the person what they CAN afford as opposed to losing out on the same completely.
😅To think that Bobby's motivation to his employee about him needing to up his game to keep his glorious wife got to me on the first sit down y'all had at Mit Mak Media, still plays in my mind to this day. 😅if all the gents were motivated this way, am telling you there would be no f#n around
@penuel, truly grateful for the free game and all the GREATS your inviting to the podcast. Could someone please share what book Bobby shared with Pen 😅 I got the other one that Pen shared with Bobby.
Always with the right questions and the right people! Forgive me for posting my FundMyTravel add below, but I wanna come to South Africa one way or another...
Hi Pen. I am a subcriber and love your podcasts. I would like you to have Colyn Serfontein from skidmarks on. He has some unique ideas on tribes and all that.
First time in i don't know how many years that I've actually sat down on TV and watched a more than one hour thing without touching my phone not even once. Great sit-down
4 to 9 is it in the morning or afternoon? Im lost a bit here. I'm a government employee and I want to move into retail, cattle and grsin farming. So I said I want to work from 4 in the afternoon to 4 in the morning.
47:10 - I like Petkov's answer, here. There is an implied cowardice in a man who bullies their spouse into decisions and can not engage in proactive constructive conversations where a compromise can be reached. It's also impractical nowadays, to insist on a single-income household if you don't have the funds to afford that lifestyle.
