Chicken cutlet milanese!
Let me preface this by saying that I ADORE chicken cutlet Milanese style, its crispiness, the tenderness of this fantastic meat, especially if we take a homegrown chicken breast.
Try this version of the cotoletta alla milanese, and you will see that you will be really enthusiastic about it, although, as a true Milanese I have to admit it...the real cotoletta alla milanese, the original, definitely remains inimitable, and soon, if not already, you will find it online!
