Have tried this for one month and let me tell you maina ,the start ain't easy at all squating at toilet 1st 3days ware hell after extrscise. Within a week i became a pro and it's working amazingly, your closet shall demand changed 😅
If women wanting BBLs came to him for training and paid him instead of paying for the pain ,agony and possible death of BBL Surgery… I’m sure she’d be happy with the results, gotta stay in the gym afterwards anyway 💥
I have been doing these exercises for a couple of days now, and I like them, but I only feel it in my thighs, not my butt. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. 😂😊
Try doing a warm up with just glute activation to wake up the cakes; it will help with the mind/body connection. Also work on form; finding the perfect angle to lean forward, where you feel it in the glutes the most. Before starting, do some slow reps to find what your best form in, and THEN get to work. This should alleviate the burning in the quads. Good luck!!
