D. M. Yeah mct powder is way more versatile. If you already have the unflavored collagen, you could even try adding some cacao powder and sweetener if you want something similar right now :)
Can you make a video on how to use this product in a day .... I can't seem to find one any where how to use these products in a day to day setting. So many products = SO OVERWHELMING!

I love the chocolate collagen powder and the nut butter. I use the collagen powder in coffee and I also use it to make fat bombs along with coconut butter and almond butter or crushed macadamia nuts. Very tasty.
I disagree. The keytones powder gives me D even on half a dose, so still love my reg MCT oil, but I ordered the collagen powder (chocolate) and I will try that soon. I did try (2nd day) of chocolate erogenous keytones which has MCT oil in it, so only added 1 tsp reg liquid MCT oil and the whipping cream and butter and it was very good as usual. So yes to MCT oil liquid but a definite no to the MCT oil in powder form. I used 3 times and had D water runs so I am returning that product. Thanks for the video and God Bless!
interesting, for me it's the exact opposite. MCT oil gives me the runs, the powder does not. You shouldn't have any problems with the collagen powder though, I hope you like it as much as we do :)
The first chocolate exogenous k tones I ordered was delicious. I then ordered another one and it as horrible. I have to take it in a little water like medicine. I make myself take it as punishment when I fall off the Keto wagon.
you can probably mix the unflavored versions if you like. Personally, I would have them separately. You could try the ketones in the morning or before a workout, blend the collagen with coffee (which we like doing) and add the mct powder to a drink when you need a little extra energy.
An excellent commercial! I bought and used PK Vanilla MCT Powder. To get the same amount of fat as most liquid MCT oil requires 2 scoops. It spiked my blood glucose so the 4 grams of fiber do not negate the 4 grams of carbs. I did not see any benefit.

QUESTION for you upon your return. How do you STOP losing weight on KETO? How do you maintain once you hit your goal weight? Aside from maxing out your carbs which I did, 35-40 net / day. A video on this rarely discussed but not so uncommon problem (especially with men who do not want to go ‘underweight’) would be very much appreciated! I look forward to your response. There is no need to up your carbs, what works for me to put on muscle/gain some weight is to eat more fatty meat/protein and up my calories that way (while actually lowering the amount of veggies, as they fill me up without providing much in terms of calories). Most of the time you're simply not that hungry when doing Keto so you likely eat less without noticing it. Thanks for the kind words!
Minimalist Keto So you up your fat and protein? I can’t do dairy except ghee which is great. My body just does not digest dairy at all, all my life. So now I get fats from olive oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil, ghee, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and fatty cuts of meat ie. chicken breast with skin on, pork chops, salmon etc. Do you do a standard 75/20/5 split? Mct oil or powder is simply a quick energy source with a satiating effect, which gets quickly metabolized by the liver. The keto collagen would likely be closer to a meal replacement than just the mct powder. Thank you!
I start keto a week ago but I don't think I'm in ketosis, I used keto strip just to measure my ketones and I have just a trace. I wasn't eating any carbs, just fat , meat and veggies. My weight doesn't goes down. I dunno if I'm eating too much. What can I do? I first I was thinking keto is great because I have less anxiety for food, I'm not hungry but I do my meals, and when I anxious I can eat whatever I want and still in ketosis and losing weight... But the reality is not like that, what happen?
I just looked the chocolate one up on amazon. Its £71 for just over 200g! Thats just stupid. So Im going to make my own. Having looked into collagen powders before, I no Great lakes is one of the best for quality, but what is the difference between the red and green one? I saw you using the green one in this video. I totally get it, that's why I wanted to show a 'homemade version' as well :) Btw it's way cheaper straight from the Perfect Keto site with the 20% discount. Either way, the red one is gelatin (doesn't dissolve as easily), so you should definitely get the green one which is collagen. You can also get another brand if there's a price difference, just try to get the best quality (eg. grass-fed) if you can.
you can always try the unflavored version! In my opinion yes, as PK only uses high quality ingredients (grass-fed, natural, sweetened with stevia..) but I don't see 'huge' price differences to be honest, especially if you take advantage of the discounts. The Collagen is 1.57$ per serving for example with the 15% discount.

I'm just curious do you guys follow true ketogenic 80%to 85% ? Nutritional ketosis ? Or do you do it other way ? People have made so many variations of it now so I'm curious ? Seeing as the keto in the mainstream is being defined by 20 under carbs and not by fat percentage. I actualy find this very frustrating it's almost as we need to classify the current forms lol like Keto A Keto B and so on. I'm mean with the protein percentages varying so so much now. People are doing as low as 50 % fat. Honestly I tried lowering my fats gradually but my energy was in the toilet and I started getting depressed and had no energy to exercise actualy my energy got so low I did not want leave the house. I did not know what was wrong with me. Anyway I just brought my fats back to 85 % 2 days ago and I'm feeling like a different person like myself happy joyeaous and in great mood. Any opinion on all this ? It seems it's all being done for body composition but at this point I'm so over that.
Our fats are usually in the 70-80% range, protein 20-25% and carbs 3-5% of total calories. To me it sounds like you might need to give your body a little more time and extra energy from fats (that you're eating) to adapt to Keto. Lowering fats (to further lower calories) when you're trying to break a weight-loss plateau is something you shouldn't do right away, but only consider later. Either way, keep listening to your body. It seems pretty clear that right now, what your body needs is more healthy fats, so I would keep it that way right now if that makes you feel the best!

I love the chocolate sea salt exogenous ketones powder. It just makes me feel happy and keeps me full to help with fasting! I have the vanilla also and it tastes like it has cinnamon in it.. not my favorite. They have a new product Nootropic ... tastes AWESOME! Like cocoa. So good. I only use half a scoop of all of them. Separately. Lol.
