@@kindhearted8697 Your English writing is understandable so definitely, you have basic English understanding. I use very simple English so that everyone can get benefitted even if they know English a little. So it should work on you. Try it for a week at least.

Maybe or maybe not. RU-vid may create issues if I make religious types of content. Maybe I will release these types of content on a different channel in the future. Pray for me. 😊

Unfortunately, I lost the file of the affirmations script. Maybe it is still on my computer but I am unable to find it now. But I can assure you that all the affirmations on my subliminal videos including this one is fully positive and professionally written. If I will be able to locate it, I will put it in the description, I hope so I will be able to find it.

I always put affirmations in the description box unless I lost my script or I just forgot to add it. Generally, if you don't know the affirmations it may work better but you must trust the source, if not you may want to make sure. If anyone has the skill to amplify to background voice of my tracks they can check it and they will get the proof.

Although this subliminal is made to improve general skin health, it can also help in your case, try for 1 week if you notice improvements then keep listening to it. Also, reduce the intake of oily and spicy foods in your diet. Last year, I made a track on eliminating PMO and uploaded it here but due to the youtube policy, I had to remove it!
