Feel free to comment about living in mostly black nations and how you’re currently navigating with all that is going on today. I've been having migraine headaches lately. Looking at the injustice going on can really weigh on one mentally, which can eventually take on a physical toll. Please take breaks from social media if you need to. Take care of yourselves. Do something that brings you joy or relaxes you before you return.
Also, I need to note that I definitely have seen people, for the most part, being super positive and uplifting to each other and I thank everybody for that!
