● Garlic: 3 cloves, or 2 if large

● Fish stock (4 times concentrated): 2 tablespoons
● Sake: 1 tablespoon
● Mirin: 1 tablespoon
● Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Salt
● Sakura shrimp: 6g
● Water: 1 cup
● Potato starch

● Appropriate amount of seasoning

● Shiso: 10 slices
● Flour

● Sugar (honey is also good): 1 tablespoon
● Black pepper
● Shichimi (seven spices), yuzu ponzu, mayonnaise to taste
