Personal Development #44: a rough day and learning from it

Going through two days of my journal. This past weekend was a tough one with some serious mental downs but then coming back up and learning a couple of lessons along the way. Everybody has excuses, remember why you started, and it takes a mental push to break old habits and create new ones. It was a whirlwind weekend but I’m still going. Enjoy!

Good you should be proud. Your balancing a lot . We are always harder on ourselves that we should be . Yes quitting things just before the end is a pattern with me but I always replace it with something else. It's a lack of discipline or boredom. Anyway I'm glad you didn't quit , and they business idea or second channel are good things working for yourself is very satisfying hard but satisfying. Good planning is key before you spend a penny first year is the hardest

My brother lives in Australia with his wife and kids . Long flight. Yes I love horses I dont ride anymore but I take my nieces to riding lessons I love to watch them
