I filmed this video probably a month ago, and since then I have been working on my sleep. I did some research and have been trying a few things. Going to bed and waking up at about the same time each day, having a routine that helps me sleep, 75 Hard has been helpful because I’m tired at the end of the day. My sleep cycle can change instantly so it’s always been tough but I’m now trying to have a bit more control where I can. Enjoy!

Yes a particular book or movie is a great trigger for your brain , you create a habit , meditation is good to , rain sounds or the ocean , but meditation is good in general

On occasion I can have strange dreams when I oversleep. Such as watching myself sleep, then flying away...😴😯😂

I'm an Insomniac. I have to use multiple tools 🧐🙏🤘 You are probably the person I Identify with the most 🤘🙏 Great minds think alike 👍Based on the way you talk, your Insomnia could be linked to Anxiety. If your mind runs too fast.... 😣

Also there is an organic hormone pill called melatonin , it has no side effects and isn't a drug , it produces the hormone that makes people sleep , it works well , my mother has the same issue melatonin works for her

I've tried that a few times and it has never worked for me. Everybody I've talked to recommends it, and I'm so happy it helps them, but I haven't gotten a thing from it.

@@BelleLifeisinBloom fair enough , it doesn't really work for me that well , it has an effect but it doesn't put me to sleep , but I took sleeping pills for years and they barely worked , your body adapts , like with alcohol , but you get used to it , its 5 am here still awake ,

@@BelleLifeisinBloom There's fast release and timed release melatonin, might be a good idea to try both separately and together, both types do different things, and also experiment with different dosages. Some people need up to 10mg of melatonin for it to work.
