I filmed this video probably a month ago, and since then I have been working on my sleep. I did some research and have been trying a few things. Going to bed and waking up at about the same time each day, having a routine that helps me sleep, 75 Hard has been helpful because I’m tired at the end of the day. My sleep cycle can change instantly so it’s always been tough but I’m now trying to have a bit more control where I can. Enjoy!
