Frampton forgets the words is absolutely one of the finest albums ever. The album is so well recorded and produced that I get totally immersed in the sound of the recording and not the sound of the speakers.Very refreshing,what a talented man Mr. Frampton is.We are blessed to have him here with us. Why is he not in the rock and roll hall of fame? He should have been inducted many years ago.Come on, get him in there!
How can Peter F not be in the Hall of Fame??? Every now and then you read about “The Omissions Band”!!! I have been listening to a very wide range of music since growing up in New Zealand as a kid from the ‘50’s and fortunately I have created my own Hall of Fame. And Peter is in it! He has been, since I started to feel like he does ……. 😉 👍 😎 🍺 🍺 🎸 A great musician and a very nice person. Thanks for posting this tribute to Stevie Wonder. But I was hoping that it was a lead in to the album track ….. 👀 😊 Stay safe.
@@johnt6673 Maybe there should be a Hall of Fame up to 2000 and a Hall of Shame thereafter ….. 😉 There have been some excellent, talented musicians post-2000 but I have only bought albums from a select few. And there have been very few “classic tracks” released; music that will endure for decades to come. Those are the musical contributions that I miss. Look how long it took for them to get Leon Russell inducted - and that was only after Elton John intervened! Luckily he was acknowledged before he passed away. I hope they don’t forget Peter Frampton in the same way. 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸 Cheers 👍😎🍺🍺

I received my "Frampton forgets the Words" double clear vinyl.....Its a beautiful thing!! My 1st concert was based off of being at Macy's dept store and looking up on a wall behind the tickertron(old school) cashier lady and seeing the names of one of the upcoming concerts in NYC and for some reason the name "Humble Pie" resonated inside me and told me just buy a couple of friggin' tickets and take a chance! Best hunch I ever had in my life to this day.. I just want to know if Peter still has those Seafoam green jeans and what looked like a pair of "Beatles Boots"...The Fillmore East never sounded so good!!!
