This interview is so humble and grounding. I listen to it second time. His points about" attention", "soft breathing"," not to hary to reach to advanced practice too soon" , are so valuable and necessary, as many people push on the mat in the same way as they are used to push into everyday life. It helped me to change few things in my own teaching practice. I find it easy to learn from Petri. He is authentic and simple, and Stu always knows how to get out the best .
Para mi es una lástima no poder captar la entrevista porque está toda en ingles y no puedo colocar los subtítulos, pero es de gran valor lo que aportan. Gracias.
YES YES PETRI : INFORMATION FLOWS I believe you now: information flows through other channels...the body is just another channel...of course it is ....isn't it almost the whole constituent of ourselves ? the body works and we not always can say how we get to feel we get know something. But we DO , we just DO !
Actually, he mentioned he's done a lot of weight lifting in the past (and that doesn't mean his bodyweight). Generally, given that there are hardly any arm pulling moves in yoga, you won't get a biceps from yoga practice alone.
