Problem for me is when I drive new Clio 5 it feels like Im driving a Megane HB. 208 just feels like a nice looking proper B class car for youngsters.

Hi. Next time that you will drive a Peugeot try to lower the position of the steering wheel. It is designed smaller so you will see the displayed information above it. I know that it takes a few days to get used to that position but it works fine. Nowadays when I have to drive other cars I feel that all the other steering wheels are unnecessary big.

Why should he lower it if it feels unnatural? It's a design flaw on the part of Peugeot (this and the previous generation). It's plain stupid to place the gauge cluster so high that the top of the wheel gets in the way. The driver should be able to adjust the wheel to his/her liking without completely obscuring the view of the gauges.

@@onesandzeroes there's nothing wrong with the design. It's easy to set the car up with a decent driving position.

@@onesandzeroes I am sorry but you are mistaken. You just need to give it a chance, adjust seat height, steering wheel depth as well. You will feel your shoulders less tired after hours of traffic. All other cars will look unnatural and you will wonder why their wheels are so big...

@@onesandzeroes one more thing, I got the 208 2018 and the wheel is placed very close to my legs when I am seated. I am 1.85 meter high...my brother is 1.70 meter high and when he drives my car he only needs to place the seat a little to the front.

@@paraskevas0139 You will have no problem if you set the steering wheel low, as it is supposed to be. I bought the Allure model of this car and it drives fantastic! To my surprise it also rides very comfortably for a car of this class.

@@STX1981 Na wysokości głowy (POV). Zresztą jechałem poprzednią wersją (ten sam układ) i problem jest ewidentny. Trzeba się pochylać żeby zobaczyć zegary (co zresztą autor filmu też robi w pewnym momencie).

@@onesandzeroes w takim bądź razie jedzie się do salonu i oni pomagają dokonać odpowiednich ustawień. Posiadam Peugeot 308 i nigdy mi nic nie zasłaniało, zegary powinny być bez problemu widoczne z nad kierownicy. Niestety nie które nawyki ciężko zmienić, w związku z tym możliwe że masz rację.

i am around 5,7L/100 outside city and 6,4L/100 in city after 1200km driving. I have a very smooth driving because I am a bus driver so you can add +0.5L/100 and you have real consumption ;)

Its good but " a bit" overpriced in Poland. You can buy Megane 1.3 t 4 cylinder engine with 7s edc in a GT specc at the same price as this little bugger.
