You might have misunderstood, Atem did a foolish move on Astral's monster, and what Yuma usually does is screw up, so that's the reason why he said "Are you taking lesson's from Yuma?"

well atem don't know any card asrtral was using he wouldn't just ask him to be able to read every single one of them when he uses it, also astral don't knew that much about the old cards yugi had

HarmonicTie well obviously, you haven't really, watched the full Zexal anime, in the beginning, yeah Yuma's trash, but as the series goes on, leading to season 3, HES GOOD ASF! honestly if it was Yuma vs Yugi, it'd be a very interesting match. well, he is the original king of games. he aint gonna go down easy, and unless it was astral from the last couple of episodes when he dueled yuma, i don't think astral would be able to win since he technically uses yuma's deck anyway.

I'd love to see Jaden in this for once. Get some Elemental Hero support along with the flight of Stratos, some new Neo Spacian support for Neos, perhaps to tie him into the Earth Elemental Heroes, and some Masked Heroes for some versatility in Jaden's deck. All we'd have to do is essentially beg Matthew Charles Labyorteaux on hands and knees to come back, along with promising a large sum of money and undying support from fans (along with some tighter security to keep haters out) and I think there could be only one way for Jaden to shine brighter than ever and to allow Matt to go out with the biggest bang ever. Have Jaden defeat Yami. Have it be the most heated duel since Kaiba's duel with Yugi. Even give Yugi Quintet Magician and some other new supports for the Dark Magician. Jaden should still be able to pull off the absolute best win of his career and fully appoint himself the rightful New King of Games, and the King of Fusion! We're ready to really Get Our Games On!

@@help-pj2ep I loved season 4 but it's sadly a filler arc in the original manga (which is why none of the legendary dragons are used afterwards or mentioned again). That is pretty unique to DM as none of the later series had a manga written before and so they had no filler arcs.

Because of these videos, I have definitely returned to Yugioh with a vengeance. I have completed my Yami Marik deck, and is trying to construct a second one with Slifer and Obelisk as my two strongest cards. My first one is centered around Ra and many life stealing cards, with my Lava Golem a pain in the ass to beat lol.

@@DanteDMCry In TCG rules yeah that'd be a lost but they largely go by anime effects when doing live duels. That's why the god cards have their aime effects, etc... Though if say Yugi were to XYZ summon then this would apply to how the anime worked it.

VixXstazosJOB looked up every card both sides had :D and built there decks and tested it giving each side a card limit. the win ratio for atem is about 55% :0 so yes they can beat him but i think it's more well deserved for yusei rather than judai

jack slayer Same. Dont know why a lot of hate for yuma, astral, and the zexal Series. I grew up as a kid watching that anime. Zexal was the first yugioh anime I watched, and I loved it. I was born in the 2000's so I didn't get to see the original first.

Early 2000's for me too. But Zexal was 2nd one I saw gx was my first. But I still like zexal alot one reason is yuma is more realistic as a duelist because you don't start out good at something straight away you grow to get better as time moves on. So zexal is about growth

He couldn't. Well, he could but Utopia Ray's effect only works if Astral's life points are under 1000. Furthermore, Yuma's the one who owns the Rank-Up cards (aside from Astral Force, which Astral doesn't get until the duel with Don Thousand during the final episodes).

mayborneflower Well, if we're going with the anime . . . let me check his wiki entry for a sec . . . Double-Rank-Up-Magic Hope Force Rank-Up-Magic Dark Force Rank-Down-Magic Hope Fall Hyper-Rank-Up-Magic Ultimate Force Which obviously won't work here as the cards don't exist in real life, but he does own 3 Rank-Ups and 1 Rank-Down.

I would just like to point out that those Rank-Up cards are from Astral World and acquired AFTER the main plot settles, by which point he had taken all of the Number cards for himself and got a deck of his own focused on swarming and supporting Utopia monsters. Literally every other time Astral dueled for himself (including this duel), he either uses a cheap mod of Yuma's deck (Astral vs Kite/Kaito) or borrows the real thing.for himself (Astral vs Number 96 & Yuma vs Number C96)

mayborneflower I'm not sure they're from the Astral World proper if they could produce Chaos Numbers repeatedly. And Rank Down. I always figured it was more the fact that he was more or less god at that point. You do have a point, but I figured I'd just mention them because we weren't really mentioning which time period the Astral in question is from. It seems like he and Yuma might meet up again after the ending anyway.

Anyways, based on the presence of Rainbow Kuriboh, I'd say that this duel is somehow right after the duel with Heartland. Which kinda doesn't make sense since A) Astral is still dissing Yuma's dueling skill and B) the final storyline very literally two minutes after the Heartland duel. And that's not even getting into how Rainbow Kuriboh is, again, Yuma-exclusive.
