Matt Robertson - Interview Operations Lead @Google
Matt Robertson currently works in Interview Operations at Google, leading a team in EMEA who optimise the interview process across Google. His past experience amounts to 12+ years in the Pharmaceutical industry, starting as a University Placement student, then progressing through to Clinical Trial Monitoring, Process Improvement and Business Operations. His last role at Roche was Head of Business Support - Country Clinical Operations, which included oversight of contract, finance, resource & vendor management - as well as Study Start Up.
Matt has a huge passion for leadership, and wanting to see people succeed. He's a firm believer in people recognising their strengths and identifying their own transferable skills to pursue their career goals, whether that be traditional or less conventional routes.
