Broberg hasn’t looked right this whole tournament, he’s been having trouble absorbing hits, all in all maybe a bit more rounding out of his defensive and offensive awareness like positioning, his shot and his physicality and when to use it, he could be a #1 one day. Sometimes he needs to know just having your stick out 6 feet in front of you won’t suffice
He had his best game when he had 3 assists, he’s playing through discomfort and an injury the problem is the Swedish coach who isn’t experienced is setting up broberg for failure and he shouldn’t have played this game, you can tell the whole time he was in pain on the bench and on the ice. USA players knew he was in pain so they targeted him this game.
Mitch91PyroisB0SS I’m an Oilers fan I’m not tryna bash him and I should’ve clarified his best game was his first and everyone knows he’s playing injured but even in his first game he wasn’t playing to his full potential but you could be right because Soderstrom gets a lot more time on the PP, that being said his ceiling is high literally everything I said he can work on are easily coachable, most #1 dman are developed over time, very rarely do they come out of the draft or become one as a rookie
