My parents and immediate relatives are from Pambujan, Northern Samar. And although I haven't been visiting my province often since I was a kid, I have always said that Northern Samar has the most beautiful and the most serene forestland, where you'll find the greenest trees, and I am not exaggerating.
Wow, Samar is beautiful and clean. This shows that the government officials in Samar are doing great work. The only place I went to in Samar was Catbalogan where my father was born. My mother is from Leyte and we lived in Leyte. The whole of Samar is beautiful. It is more beautiful than Leyte where I grew up. Thanks for visiting Northern and Eastern Samar. We live in Samar and this help me pick some spots to explore. My Father visited Guiuan during WWII. I have that on my bucket list to get to someday. Definitely going to drive the east side to get there it looks like.

good thing they already have roads going to Dolores Samar from the San Roque area. In 2000 for me, the end of the road was Dolores and people kept telling me not to continue because of the rebels and it doesn't have a good road condition. It has changed now and iam sure that place will boom. keep safe kulas
Picked up a tip from another youtube channel. If you're driving around an island look at what side of the road you're on. If it's the right side then drive ANTI clockwise and you will always have an uninterupted view of the ocean 👍
This was quite an adventure finding your way through to Palapag. I can see why you say that Northern Samar is so gorgeous. So many incredible drone views. Wow! Especially the views of the coastline of Palapag/Lapinig/Mapanas. I realize they are in Eastern Samar, but it is all so beautiful. Boro Bay Hotel looks really charming as well as being very quiet as Bret said. I'd say you hit the jackpot when you found that place to stay.

Kulas is really a Filipino because he loves eating Ginataang Langka (Jackfruit) & Ginataang Kalabasa (Pumpkin). Sana all Bret too as well becoming a Filipino.
In exactly four months, Leyte will become my permanent home (God willing). I've only explored Southern Leyte, briefly, before, so this video is particularly interesting and timely for me. I look forward to exploring Northern Samar for myself, soon, (and I'll pay attention to those little signs, although, detours look fun, too). Power on!
Grabe i had a 3day marathon watching all the wonders of the Philippines. Like all the drone shots especially the house in Cateel. Its just so relaxing to watch. Maybe because I am also from Mindanao now living in Manila having this nostalgic memories of my home province.

You went in the place in Northern Samar that it is called lapinig which is wasp in Bisaya 🐝 And they had a small sign in Northern Samar 🪧 And they are fixing the road 🛣 And there are lots of coconut trees in Northern Samar like in Sorsogon and Surigao and Cateel 🌴🌴🌴🥥🥥🥥 And you ordered a jackfruit in coconut milk 🍈🥥🥛 And a butternut squash in coconut milk and a chicken adobo 🎃🍗🥘🥥🥛 And the eatery has no waiting it is like a fast food 🥄🍽🍴
When Kumar and Kumander stole your car to take it from Metro Manila back to Cateel they took the Eastern Samar coastal road and stopped at Araw Beach. If you look at GMaps sat view your can see the waves from space that forced Kumar to visit and see.
