Phoenix FPGA presentation from Cyberlegends 2 

The second instalment of Cyberlegends, the Exxos forum computer show, was held at the start of October 2023 in Northampton, UK.
I didn't manage to exhibit or record any of the stalls this year as I was otherwise occupied, but I do have the keynote presentation from Richard of the Phoenix team (aka 'Icky') on the quest to provide modern FPGA-implementations of the custom Atari chips in the ST series.
