Idk, it might just beat me, but my favorite kind of videos are the ones where he spends most of the video trying to clear 1 level. Seeing him gradually move forward in the level with every death and seeing the completion of the level is super satisfying. And yes, i do like to watch ryu suffer in mario levels lol

I get why streamers/RU-vidrs don't like doing viewer levels. #1 It's bad business to trash a viewer's level, so you constantly have to act like you're having fun even if you aren't. Filtering your natural reactions is extra work on top of just creating the content itself by playing and then editing (unless you pay an editor). #2 People will often submit their most insane concoctions, which means you're often playing things that are either extremely frustrating or extremely time-consuming (or both). Ryu alludes to it in the video ("recording for over an hour and I've cleared two levels..."). I know that can happen with random levels as well, but the odds are higher with viewer levels and the pressure to stick with a level until it's cleared is higher with viewer levels. #3 You have to actually obtain the levels and punch in each code rather than just load up the game and play continuously. It's not that much extra work, but it's also yet another reason why doing viewer levels is annoying. So really, three reasons why viewer levels don't make sense for the content creator, and I don't think there's much upside to them that would counterbalance those issues. ALL OF THAT SAID Ryu, this video was awesome and I ADORE when you do viewer levels. Hope to see them more regularly! The first level showed exactly what viewer levels have the potential to be-- people showing off their very BEST, COOL, and CREATIVE levels. That's what I love to see for content more than anything.

I've been wanting to make him a level myself but I'm too much of a perfectionist to make one. I also simply just suck at the game. I could never hope to make a level as good as these. Hats off to the makers of these levels they are great.

Ryu playing my level is all I desire in this world

Okay, I give Ryu some flak at times for silly mistakes, but completing that second level earned enough cool points for a year. Viewer levels are a mixed bag of oversight, jank, and the occasional masterpiece. People don't realize that the player can't read their minds, and their setups are all over the place with random blocks that they don't think about. In a well-made level, EVERY block has a purpose. Nothing is placed superfluously, but people like to throw things in for cosmetic purposes or don't think of all the functions a block possesses. While cosmetic is a purpose, you have to remember the properties of the block and what it means for the player. That last level didn't think about the player picking up the spikey shellmet, allowing the player to completely bypass the obstacle, but if they used parannah plants, it would have worked as intended.

I would love to watch him play super banned wagon. I know he hates trolls but it'd be great content
