Pilates for Beginners (and Beginners Mind) 

This class is suitable for beginners, but it's also great if you are more advanced and want to work slowly and deeply.
As I was filming, sirens began to blare in Tel Aviv. Later, as I tried to edit the siren out, I found myself wishing that it was as easy to edit this terrible reality, where citizens of Israel and Gaza live in fear and suspicion. Is it naive to believe that the vast majority of people long to live their lives in peace? And what do we need to do to strive towards a world that is more tolerant and loving?
