I have created for you today a class dedicated to the correction of postural hyperlordosis: hyperlordosis is when the natural inward curve of your lower back is exaggerated.
In my class, I will teach you a couple of simple exercises that will help you re-educate your posture and release the pain caused by postural hyperlordosis.
