DEZ! i have a special request! I would LOVE a playlist based on like a weeks worth of workouts to follow. so like give us sunday-saturday, telling us which one to do in order. i feel like this would be so beneficial to get better results and not over work my muscles. even if we just have a stretch or rest day. it would absolutely freakin awesome.

Thank you soooo much for all your videos, especially the reformer ones! I am finally getting good use of my reformer. My husband was threatening to sell it 😬but finding your channel saved it and me cause now it is not getting sold and I am getting the exercise I desperately needed. I’ve tried other RU-vid instructors and even ANYTIME PILATES and SARAN PILATES but I just couldn’t get into it. There is something very special about you that keeps me consistent. You are such a huge blessing, thank you!!!❤️

First two rounds I thought “this isn’t too bad” but by the last round I was drenched in sweat and shaking. LOL It’s a good one! Love the options for shorter classes.

Oh yes this was a good one for a 25 min ! I did not think I would be saying...last round can I do it?!! Lol I did it ! Great challenging 25 mins with sweat running down forehead 😂 ! Wonder how those obliques will feel tmw😮 haha!
