After months of not doing reformer, it’s nice to do your class again. Thanks Dez! Now I need to work on being consistent again. Sure miss your new content but I know you must be so busy. I pray all is well with you and your family.🙏😊
Loved this workout, but I have a hard time because I am taller and I can’t get the full jumps in because my reformer hits the stoppers. Any suggestions? Thank you for all your workouts, I’ve been doing them for about a week now and am so glad I found all your videos!!!
@@victoriacrane6452 thanks so much for the support! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the workouts. Try moving your stopper and gear bar closer to the Jumpboard to get more range of motion!

Omg! I've just discovered your channel. Wow! I cant wait to resume using my reformer at home again. I've been going to classes to keep me motivated. You, however are a game changer❤
I really enjoyed the exercises but felt I should have altered the springs to make it a more advanced class as reps were quite short so could have worked much harder. But still enjoyed it!
This is wonderful! I'm recovering from a shoulder injury so I can't do all of the other intermediate workouts just now but this one is great! I would love to see more videos like this!
