I loved Single Leg Bicycle on the back: it felt wonderful in the hip and leg. The Wide Frog stretch was intense, and the cue to 'settle the pelvis down' helped even more. The cue to 'recruit the pelvic floor' during that move in mermaid was so helpful. This sess was a great challenge, and so many amazing cues: thank you!

I haven’t felt my tailbone/ hips this aligned since I fell on my butt when I was a kid 20 years ago now. 15 years of pt and chiropractic care didn’t do what you did for my alignment in 30 minutes. That last move is going to be a game changer, I can sit straight up now without having to lean to one side for my tailbone!!! Thank you so much!!!!! ❤❤❤

You're very welcome Connor! It's great to hear that you are still working hard 💪. Being able to feel and embody where each movement is coming from is a great progression. I bet the movement feels very different and you will start to see greater benefits from being able to activate the correct muscles!
