Dear Idit, I can't express how grateful my body is after this class 💜💜💜 I can't choose my favourite transition here, movement was a continuous flow of interesting sensations... I loved starting from supine position and ending on my feet 😊 pretty nice that your final standing twist was my warm up: before your class I enjoyed the amazing practice of the day on @qigongwithkseny channel ☯️ you both are a real inspiration for me 🪷🤍 I'm full of gratitude Ladies 💕
