Cleo's Bath Hiking from Pinecrest Lake.
Hiking on June 16th.
All trail link says [closed] but it opened up on June 15th.

Trailhead: Pinecrest Lake trailhead
Total distance: 7 miles
Elevation Gain: 843 ft ( class 3 climbing last 0.5 miles)
Less than 3 hours from Bay area, right in the middle of Stanislaus National Forest.
Pinecrest Lake sits on 5,600ft above sea level with majestic granite mountains as a background.
Hiking, fishing, swimming, Bike riding and Kayaking are allowed
Pinecrest Lake trail: 4 mile loop.
Cleo's Bath is a popular hiking destination and swimming hole for locals and tourists looking to escape the heat of the summer.
Tips: 1.Proper hiking shoes and climbing gloves will help.
2.Mosquitos repellent and sun screen recommended.
3.Bring plenty of water or water filter.
4.Keep an eye out for the blue spray painted arrows and Cairns.

definetly nice i wish it was all natural sound rather than music but thanks it does bring me closer to buying a house I was looking at in Twain, I grew up going to Yosemite & go just about every year my entire life, always hiking right next to the N.Fork of the Merced man what a great little river with amazing discoveries & the deeper you go past Wawona Dome the better the pools get its truly amazing just behind Wawona.

We were just there two wks ago and while hiking the lake, we saw the notice on Cleo's Bath. We plan to do this next time we visit Pinecrest Lake. Thanks for the video.

Beautiful but gave anxiety worring about getting lost me and family did hike around lake when we started weather was Beautiful when we got halfway started hailing and raining my hands were frozen when we got back but no regrets it was Beautiful

What an awesome place to camp and also hike. It looked a real nice trail and as long as you saw those blue arrows, seemed easy to follow, although there was a bit of scrambling up the rocks. I loved Cleo's Bath, what a place to stop and cool off. I was I could get a tent up that quick lol, cheers Alan

I remember way back when I first saw your channel. It was lovely with the music and short videos. But I'm LOVING the longer ones with your narration with all the useful information. You sure have come a long way. You go to some great places and this one is a must do for sure. Maybe in july. Im going to Yosemite the next two weekends. Thanks Jina. @@jinsjewelry I love Cloud's Rest. I'm staying in Upper Pines the 26th. I did Cleo's Bath TODAY. Wow, I'm not in good shape right now so that last bit of climbing kicked my butt. haha I'm so glad you posted it, I'm training for my JMT end of August so this one today helped my fitness level for sure. Have a great Yosemite trip.

Its amazing, and what's more amazing, I was born and raised up here. We locals enjoy Pinecrest but only on days when the camp grounds and lake aren't packed out. Some weekends are crazy packed due to tourists from the valley, which is 1 1/2 hours away. Its amazing, and if you come up here, please check out Yosemite national park first. Its not far from where I live either. Beautiful. Majestic. You'll love it

Who named it Cleo's bath? All the other names have changed, why not Cleo's bath? Pinecrest was the civilian campground. What about Dodge Ridge, the Bunny Hill. Camp McBride is not even a memory. So much for Yosemite Area Council.
