The anticipation builds as our series comes closer to completion of the restoration!
In this chapter, our intrepid restoration team of The Captain, Menutia, and Shiney Happy Jenn start putting the Show back together after repairs and extensive cleaning.
The Cosmetic pieces are finally put back into place, and the figures are ready for testing. Some early pre-installation work begins on the Show lighting, with driver boards being tested.
Don*t miss our next segment to see the figures in action, and a rare glimpse at the animation test using a 1979 PTT Show Reel !

Nope. The show i helped to restore as shown in this video was sold privately to another collector several yeara after this was filmed.

Unfortunately no, the owner sold this entire Show ( minus Harmony Howlette ) to another collector some years ago.

Hi Jen two things one where where these figures acquired from? And two when was the show split up and sold.

Most of these were originally from early California PTT locations. The Show was sold a number of years ago and some of the characters are now in the hands of another collector.

These figures were salvaged years ago from a older CEC where they were in storage. The three of us restored them back into operational condition, and period correct movements and costuming.

She was operational for some time before restoration began on the PTT Show. The Rock-aFire figures shown were all operational, but were moved to make room for this unique early PTT Show. Since the time of this video shoot, the Rock-aFire characters for the most part have been sold to other collectors.

If you mean the demo recordings of the very first PTT Shows with a early Chuck E. voice by John Widlock, those i believe are archived. The original master tapes may be lost, but i am pretty sure copies exist as i have heard those early skits from 1977.
