They just put all new matrix machines in the local PF. I can't figure out how to set up the time, level, etc. Is there a tutorial for that machine somewhere? I prefer the older ellipticals compared to the matrix.
This is the kind of elliptical machine they have at my Planet Fitness, but I can't find the answer(s) I'm looking for, including from the people who work there. I wish this video included a step-by-step setup, using the Manual button. When I get on, LF flashes, I hit Manual and then it asks for level and weight; sometimes it will flash 30:00 for time but not always. The problem is, I'll be striding along and maybe after a couple of minutes or so, the screen switches to counting down from 60. Why is it doing this? How do you set it up from the beginning? Can you explain the two indicators, the one on either side of the keypad? TIA
I wish they had this model at my PF, but they changed them out for newer ones. Problem is that the old ones had a program built in that would change up the workout and automatically prompt you to push, pull, no hands, forward, and reverse. The new ones don't have that anymore and it sucks bc when you reverse, not only does it take a lot of effort to stop and go the other direction, but the machine thinks you're taking a break and pauses the work out for 10 seconds or so. :(
@greyorbit how does it look different from this one or does it say matrix on it? I want to be able to identify the machine to avoid in the locations I go to
The elliptical machine is unhinged. All I want to do is set it up manually and find out distance, calories, level. It gets there for a minute, then reverts back to the starting point. Very irritating.
Thank you SO much for creating this video! Planet Fitness should be paying YOU for showing their paying customers how to use their equipment properly! 👏🏼 😃 🌟
Can you make a video on how to use the total body enhancement? I went in there and hit the power button and others when that did nothing. Then still nothing.
Hey, there! I gotchu: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zV7uNluSBgA.html At my Planet Fitness, the front desk person needs to activate it for you!
Ty! I literally left today without working out because I couldn't figure out how to turn this stupid thing on...used to work out in a local small town gym and they had crazy advanced ellipticals with all kinds of features, was no problem....Sucks there's no incline setting. Idk I expected more. Maybe it'll be worth the extra $20 to go to the club fitness or one of the local places instead.
That’s not the elliptical machines that you use. The matrix machines are terrible. The wheel is in the front, it’s too big, and they wobble. Being the old machines back, or I’m leaving.
