Plank and chaturanga demos were exactly what I needed being that I am new to yoga. I also lack upper body strength and also have wrist weakness due to a wrist break 2 years ago. Providing Modifications are SO helpful! Side plank modifications would be awesome! Thank you, I’m so thankful to have discovered your RU-vid videos!!!!

Thanks for the really clear explanation! I do have a question though. If I rotate the eye of the elbow forward my weight shifts to the outside lower part of the hand, I can't rotate the elbow and weigh on all my nuckles and fingers. Is that normal? Same thing happens in table top pose. Thanks!
You want the weight pushing into the inside part of the hand while still externally rotating the upper arm, the forearm is doing an internal rotation. It’s tricky to change your habits but absolutely necessary to stay safe!
