Hi Bre and Flo! Been meaning to check out this tutorial for a while. Thanks! I would love to see a side plank tutorial which is when I tend to feel some sensitivity in the shoulder... Especially in those side plank to flying starfish to wildthing flows! With love and gratitude!!

Plank and chaturanga demos were exactly what I needed being that I am new to yoga. I also lack upper body strength and also have wrist weakness due to a wrist break 2 years ago. Providing Modifications are SO helpful! Side plank modifications would be awesome! Thank you, I’m so thankful to have discovered your RU-vid videos!!!!

It is such a great pose, the foundation for a lot of arm balances and handstand.

Wow! You two are amazing! I'm really enjoying learning from you. Thank you for all these helpful videos. I did my YTT last year and want to learn more about anatomy. I love the way you explain the postures with reference to anatomy and biomechanics. Do you have any suggestions about where I can begin? A course or book?

Thanks for the really clear explanation! I do have a question though. If I rotate the eye of the elbow forward my weight shifts to the outside lower part of the hand, I can't rotate the elbow and weigh on all my nuckles and fingers. Is that normal? Same thing happens in table top pose. Thanks!

You want the weight pushing into the inside part of the hand while still externally rotating the upper arm, the forearm is doing an internal rotation. It’s tricky to change your habits but absolutely necessary to stay safe!
