Sweet chilli mango dressing:
1 small white onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 red pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
1cm fresh chilli
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 mango
1 lime (juice)
1/2 cup water
1tbsp. olive oil
sea salt
Butterbean beetroot dip:
230g cooked butterbeans
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 large beetroot
2 sprigs fresh dill
sea salt
Yoghurt tahini dressing:
200g light tahini
100g yogurt (I used coconut)
1 tsp. oregano or mixed herbs
1 finely minced garlic cloves
1 lemon (juice)
drizzle raw local honey
¾ cup water
