Really inspiring - thank you maddy! I’m becoming more interested in eating British seasonal veg as I think it is more sustainable and good for our health. I’ve been wondering if the veg box would suit our busy family lifestyle so this will be a great experiment. Good luck everyone!

Those cheese twists look delicious! I think they’d be lovely with some onion or sweet chilli relish inside too. I’d love to try the Riverford Veg boxes I try to grow some of my own veg but always have a bit of a dry spell with nothing ready to harvest in the new year so it would be great to have the boxes instead!

Thanks for those ideas. Everything seems so good. This year, we are hosting Christmas at our place and our parents are invited. From my side, eating vegetarian will not be a problem, but from my partner's side... it will be harder. I would love to made the tortilla swirls but I know that it will be difficult to convince my father-in-law to eat red peppers... But I think I can try the garlic dough balls and the cheese twist without worrying too much.
