its just because of the ridiculous overpressure mechanic, anything with an open top, or even a part of the crew area exposed, just gets instantly blown up by any kind of explosive round or rocket, or even artillery...heck even a tank exploding next to you could probably kill you.

@@livethefuture2492 wasnt even open top. He fired under a tank which is the least armoured spot on a tank. Then again it doesnt matter because the 6.3 tanks that fire 10kg HE can one shot 11.0 mbts just by shooting them anywhere.

I recall hearing an old French tanker recount his time in the FCM 36. If memory serves, the French actually got the drop on the Germans, were scoring hits, but the damned gun on the 36 was so deplorably under powered, that it was all for nothing. To send Soldiers to war with insufficient war gear should be considered a crime.

I'd say that Po-2 is the best aircraft in game. Equiped with very small radar cross section. Cutting edge weaponry with Beyond Visual Range engagement capability. Unmatched in defensive armament that makes every foe think twice before engaging from the rear. Plus dogfighting is a joy as every enemy is doomed to overshoot. Only flaw is that it is not BRITISH.

That profile picture you are using is a picture of Polish general Stanisław Maczek, commander of the 1st Armoured Division. His troops performed really well during campaigns in Poland and France (1940 and 1944, especially during the Battle of Falaise).

The T-60 mounted BM-8 was supposed to be a Mobile Artillery Rocket Launcher, not a Tank. It would normally only fire its rockets from the "rear". The PO-2 only flew bombing missions at night, where it excelled at hitting Axis Camps and positions when they least expect it.

its funny cause in WoT the H35 Hotchkiss is a pretty good tank cause of armor and it can do some dmg with its peashooter. Theres another version of the H35 in WoT, its the captured german version called the Pz 38H 735 F and you were able to get it for 15 bucks as starter package, its just plainly op. Its only Tier II but it just proves WG doesnt care about lowtiers. Fun fact, if you want to get it now, you have to wait for an auction and you have to be ready spend a couple hundred bucks on a goddamn T2 tank

Ah the french, the nation with the most interwar tanks in warthunder and who's BR1 is 50% interwar tanks (for those wondering what interwar are tanks that the were made soon after ww1 and before ww2, they were historically only used in desperation and during ww2 were never intended to be use by regular forces)

If you do decide to do this again, I'd recommend the Ka-Mi. Very light armored with 12mm max everywhere except for 30mm on the front turret. Gigantic hull and tiny turret so the 30mm frontal turret armor is completely useless. Is extremely slow and a poor gun from my experience. The only good thing it's got going for itself is it's amphibious, but that's not really useful in most situations.
