Damn, man. Didnt know you were 33 haha. Makes me feel better that I haven't gotten my dream car yet at 24, I thought you guys were my age 😂 Dope ass channel tho, I subbed them!
You can say a lot of things about Chrysler. But you can never say they weren't trying things. I'd still never buy any of their products, but they tried to do different shit, and I respect that.
I would start a Factory Five '33 build before I bought one of these and consider it the easiest decision ever, but I respect how much Yuri loves it and am pumped that he got something he loves that much 👍
Love your guys content. If you get a chance, please make a video on chassis bracing. Currently there are no credible sources that tell us the difference in lap times after installing a strut bar, sub frame connectors, roll bar etc which all add to the stiffness of the chassis. Anyways great channel PT and DP
Straight pipes & speed academy crossover!!!!! We just need to jump Jakub's raptor at the Toronto Motorsports park now! Also that outro song was legendary...
That was a Lot of fun to watch. Great job! I have never seen a Prowler in person, but kudos to Plymouth for creating it. Enjoy it Yuri .. it looks and sounds sweet :)
I LOVE IT!!!! With some Wilwood brake upgrades and updated tires and wheels. It would be a great contender in drifting and canyon carving!!!! Great video and thanks for sharing!!!! You made my night.
I never realised there where a hidden race car in the prowler. Fancy inboard suspension, transaxle layout and fairly low weight aluminium body etc. If they just had a decent 5speed manual in there to complete the weird mix ot performance design and a 90s concept car.
Arnold Verghese agreed . I remember hearing them taking off from redlights. they sound sweet. Always reminded how the gnx was. Had that v8 tone at low idle cruise speed.
I worked at a Starbucks in college around 2003-2004 and used to see one of the local ambulance chaser lawyers drive in there on Saturday mornings in his yellow Prowler, and always order his triple-venti heavy cream caramel machiatto. Little known fact I still remember from reading about this car in Motor Trend when it first came out: the Prowler was the first production car to have 20-inch wheels and tires.
@@mrmidnight32 you think the performance of a RWD aluminum chassis car with 250hp is interchangeable with the performance of a FWD unibody economy car that has a much higher center of gravity and is heavier while making 100hp less? Have you ever actually driven a car?
I’ve been working at dodge dealerships for 18 years now, one of these will come in every now and then. Love the look but that 3.5 engine is such an over complicated boat engine I hate it. That being said, there weren’t a lot of other v6 options at the time.
Considering he didn't go full DP, out of respect for the car of course...I wonder what it's real lap time would be? With fresh brake fluid and better pads 🤔 good time considering! I remember having a Prince Purple on one of my Calendars as a Kid. I didn't bother flipping the Calendar after that. Lost track of time and now I'm 29 😂 That song at the end tho end tho 👌🔥💯 Who needs freestyle Rap when we got Freestyle Dave? 🤩
IVE had mine for 15 yrs I am going to drop a 2jc engine with twin turbos its beem done before need to swap out everything though 🙃 a v8 is just to heavy for this frame and car weight it weights 2800 or so
These were a low production car, built on the side at the Viper assembly plant, and the owners tend to take extremely good care of them because they were a collector car from new.
