How this man ain’t hit a mil subscribers yet!? Stay giving different variations on athletic workouts and etc. Damn near the only athletic channel RU-vid got that’s worth watching. Everything else either CrossFit vlogging or bodybuilding

My guess is that generally people are shallow/superficial when it comes to training their body. They feel rewarded once somebody validates them the way they validate the vloggers as you mentioned. The people in this video and other real athletes know the changes in physiology they're making here will help them achieve their intrinsic/self motivated goals, which is not as common amongst general public.

For the strength portion have u switched to an absolute strength focused day and a more hypertrophy/structure focused day for upper body?

hey man, do you think i should do hill sprints at the beginning or end of my power workout? (ill be lifting heavy for low reps)
@seanregehr4921
@seanregehr4921 4 года назад
Why are you doing hill sprints and power workout? This will determine the answer. Are you trying to bulk up or trying to increase cardio? Assuming you are leaning towards bulking up, do the hill sprints at the end. a) it will require more to get up b) it will help reduce/release lactic acid build up This will also ensure that when doing only hill sprints you will be faster, stronger and have more endurance, since you would have trained them when mostly depleted. It then becomes like a train to failure cardio workout to end. You can still do some cardio to start off, but stick to something lighter for warmup instead.

That last serie of rows. Is it with more volume or less reps and more power?
@andikerschner7557
@andikerschner7557 4 года назад
He said it's only about strength so I assume they use heavy weight, explosiveness and only a few reps. But if you don't play Football, it might be good to alternate between reps and using hypertrophy too.

I get the myriad of athleticism involved in doing one arm presses like that but what about doing em for progression in bodybuilding?

Should I run your strength program alongside your speed program or what would you recommend?

The athletic speed program has plenty of strength components too, just focus on one at a time

do the speed program, i just bought it its great
@ralphorlatei6760
@ralphorlatei6760 4 года назад
Yeah one at a time.Even though great results come from going thru the same program 2-3 times. That's the problem with this generation they keep program hopping from one to another commit to one and stick with it.
