OR, you could just go to a bank, or post office and deposit your 500 and 1000 rs notes and get cash or i am sure you must be having a debit card ..... so no you dont have to be in trouble .. also, if you dont have an account, just go to any bank with your ration card, licence or such and open a 0 balance JAN DHAN account .. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE MOTHERLAND THROUGH THE DECISIONS OF GREAT LEADER NAMO ALREADY ... AND BROTHER THESE FACILITIES ARE YOUR RIGHT .. USE THEM .. JAI HIND.

Rishank Devadiga yes but that black money in cash is helping inflate real estate prices and I think govt should follow market rate for registration of properties. let's not have that concept of having one market rate and a different govt rate. Which contributes to black money and corruption. also every dept including income tax excise transport should have target oriented jobs like there many culprits in this category etc. because yesterday Delhi police could only find 500 unfit vehicles in Delhi roads. Which is insane. id suspect every 1 in 4 to be without pollution compliant.

All is appreciated. But the biggest fishes have black money stacked abroad in terms of stocks, real estate as well as other assets. We are getting our house in order with this step but it is just a small tip of the iceberg. Billions of dollars are still in Swiss banks. Hope that is traced too.... Although it's incredibly hard.

This time I say this is bravest move by an Indian Govt in its fight against corruption.Kudos to the PM Modi and to the Indian Government fr this bold move !
