To get access to the gym, you need to head on further around Saffron City to the Silph Co. offices where you’ll find that Team Rocket is causing trouble. You form a plan with your fellow trainer and Blue and then head up the 11-story building. It’s a bit of a maze, but you can follow along with our walkthrough guide to see where to go. You’ll need to grab the card key to get access to the right areas and then it’s just a case of working out the route for the teleportation steps, which you can see in the video too.
