Good idea not leaving the pump in the can. We already had a kid turn one on in the garage playing with the buttons.😬 Makes a mess real quick. Cheers!! 🍻🍻
Sleds sound great. Little jealous of the storm though. Bought a 750 back in the day and it was always one I wish I never would have sold. Happy trails.
They all sound great , my Tx 250 I had I piped it back in early 80s with just straight tuned pipes had a nice sound . But now days here in Ny they check the db s and give you a ticket for being loud . Basically they don’t want wary mush sound
So this gunna be todd and Trentons museum of every polaris triple built in ten years sure got a nice collection. 👍 triple muscle wicked awesome power always appreciate seeing the old ones come back around
Great video. I like the fuel filler setup. Would work nice for also filling 4wheeler n tractor too. Freebie should be a lot more Crisby running now. All them machines sound awesome!😎
Trying to get used to this thing. As far as how to use this phone and start possibly my own channel. Guys like you inspire me to want to better my self.
Todd buddy I finally bought a polaris triple to go with my collection of polaris pwc triples...can you put me on list for 2002 xcr 800 trash can? I need one
I have owned both those type sleds and for some reason the aggressive chassis 600s and up have much more of a crackle stock than a Gen 2's in the 800s I don't understand it either
Cool video.. Todd I have a random question I hope you or someone reading could answer quick.. I have a '94 XLT Special.. will a factory can from a 97 XLT Touring (evolved chassis) fit onto my wedge sled? Just trying to quiet mine down... Thanks.
So I tried it.. bought a double can silencer off a touring model.. turns out they slip right onto a wedge XLT. Only thing you need to modify is the hole in the belly pan. The evolved touring can’s outlet drops through the belly pan about 1” difference from where the original can does. 👍🏻🇺🇸
Hey Todd, my ultra started burning coolant again after a 7 hour ride last weekend. She had a bad headgasket when we got it and we replaced all 3 gaskets. Now it burns enough to fog out the area pretty quickly, sled was sitting 7 years before I ended up with it. What are the chances it's another gasket or the pump this time? The ultra is a whole different wedge animal than what we're used to
@@toddclyne3493 pump ended up being annihilated, bearings in pump are so bad the gear can be moved side to side 😬. Replaced with recently rebuilt pump and she's back on the trail, now to rebuild this one and shelf it
