The victim had no criminal history. That should tell you something about this narrative. Florida is a castle doctrine state. Sovereign citizens know when a police officer acts in a criminal manner. Some sovereign citizens know when their 4th amendment rights are violated and they will act accordingly if the cop exhibits dishonest or criminal behavior. The notion is that if a cop is allowed to lie to you or if they violate the constitution, then that's not a law enforcement officer. A police officer who lies in order to incriminate you is a law enforcement officer in dishonor. After that, the sovereign citizen can safely assume the cop is acting in bad faith and is no longer a police officer but a land pirate. Also, the Supreme court of the United States ruled that the police are not obligated to protect you and they are not obligated to tell you the truth. That doesn't mean that the lying cop is without fault for lying to you and the court decision doesn't take the cop out of dishonor. What it means is that if the government can lie to you, then it's not your government. You don't have to follow that governments laws when the government acts in bad faith towards its presumed subjects. Fla Stat 776.013(3)(d) regarding law enforcement's position under castle doctrine is a statute that applies after the facts. It does NOT prohibit occupants of a dwelling or vehicle from protecting their life, liberty, or happiness while their 4th amendment rights are being violated by the Police. In other words, you don't have to be a sovereign citizen to kill cops violating the 4th amendment. All Americans have the right to protect themselves.

His mistake was using a government owned, developed, and maintained park while not being part of the government system. You don't get the benefits of a government system if you are not going to be part of it. He brought all of this on himself. I don't agree with many of our laws and many are unconstitutional. The secret to not getting arrested is not doing things to make you a target for law enforcement to have interactions with you. If you don't like the rules, then avoid places that have the rules you don't like. Shooting at a Polk county deputy usually ends in your own death. Most law enforcement will simply tell you to leave with no charges if you are in a park after hours and have not committed other crimes.

Thoughts and prayers for the wounded deputies, glad they survived. Life as a first responder is so fleeting sometimes, but they go out every day to help others on the worst days of their lives, and keep those kinds of days from happening in the first place. It's sad that some people just can't live with that

He's a soft spoken law abiding Black Moor with no criminal history. He was commiting to a rest stop at the park trying to take a nap. In his mind, no one cares about you and automatically thinks you are the enemy because you look like a 14th amendment citizen. So, you keep a bare minimum of a rifle and a sidearm and a few loaded magazines as is your right to bear arms in America. So you take a nap and wake up to a police woman who says the park is closing and tells you to leave ... then circles back and demands ID but she articulates no crime.. So you roll down your window slightly to give her your Moorish ID with your Moorish Name on it. You are a soft spoken guy so she doesn't hear you well enough through the window but she is trying to tell you that she doesn't accept it because she thinks it is fake and she calls backup. You also don't hear her when she demands you get out of the car. Wait why is she pulling a gun on me? Screw that, I'm not getting out of the car. It's been an hour... more than enough time to do a terry stop. But this isn't a Terry stop, you weren't driving when she showed up. It should have ended by now. You are getting scared because they don't treat black people nice in Polk County. Backup arrives and you do as she says and try to leave, then her backup tries to pry you out of the car. OK that's it... they are attempting to break and enter my Mercedez. That's a 4th amendment violation, no cop does that in Polk County, Florida is a castle doctrine state. This must be a car jacking and these are not cops. they just look like cops but they are going to break through that window and either kidnap me of kill me so they can steal my car.
