the word Pootis is associated with Heavy, it was suppose to be "Put dispenser here" but players accidently discovered that you can cut some voicelines using in-game mechanics like eating a sandwich or dipping into water to cut a dialogue but people like "put dispenser here" voiceline to make "Put dis" and thus Pootis is born.

Special things of note in terms of how they relate to the community and game as a whole: -The masked soldiers in this video are used in a TF2 mod known as Open Fortress, its a free for all deathmatch mod. -Heavy's can actually T-pose like that using a specific glitch relating to not having any ammo in your minigun, when you do the glitch, you do indeed slide around with no animation. -outside of the metal gear reference, that hiding in a box and moving around thing the soldier did also happens to be a taunt for the spy called "the box trot." -The finger gun attack is something known as a taunt kill, heavy can instakill anyone in front of him (but not to that degree.) via taunting with his normal fists out. -At about 6:00ish, Blu heavy is using a melee weapon which is basically just a sign you can add any image you have downloaded onto it. Most people tend to put edgy things like Swastikas, or Porn on their signs. Others prefer putting meme images or pictures of other melee weapons on their signs. -The word Pootis is a corruption of Heavy saying "Put Dispenser Here", one of his voice lines. All classes have voice lines for telling the engineer to build something in a specific spot and due to how heavy stays "Put Dis-" people latched onto and it became a big meme for the community. -8:05ish i think, Heavy is doing the Kazotsky Kick, an all class dancing taunt that anyone can join into, even enemies. I do agree with the other comments, there is a higher quality sequel that you should totally watch. I shall still also recommend soundsmiths stereotype series, The Team Neighborhood series, and Bad Weapon academy.

5:50 As far as I get it, this is The Merc, a community made character, pirimarily utilized as the playable character in the TF2 derivative Deathmatch mod, Open Fortress, based upon arena shooters of old. I got no idea when or who created the character or model, where it was first used or what not.
