Ingredients:
White Rice
Shanghai pak choy
Pork chop
green onion
Light soy sauce
shaoxing wine
sugar
cornstarch
oyster sauce
Step 1
Wash Shanghai pak choy, cut and separate stem and leaves.
Step 2
Remove tendons from pork chop, use back of knife to pound meat, and smash green onion.
Step 3
Marinate pork chop with light soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sugar, cornstarch, green onion.
Step 4
Add oil to heated wok, add small amount salt, fry vegetable stems first, then add leaves and fry for a while.
Step 5
Wash rice, use appropriate water including water drained from vegetables, place vegetables on top of rice and cook.
Step 6
Add oil to heated wok, fry pork chop, add green onion, oyster sauce and adjust seasoning.
Step 7
When rice is cooked, mix vegetables and rice in rice cooker.
