Very nice to see the guts of the door, without the skin. Also how you made look easy to replace the skin with the timelapse style video. I also noted your LH window frame is maybe missing a good portion of the glass front rail... Not sure what your plans are for the side windows, but you may need to replace or fix that frame at some point.

🙏 from Sweden. I love how the design of the tail lights resembles the original 911 R. It a nice touch! See if you can mount them a bit further in, it looks like they protrude through the metal surround just a bit too much.

I Don't know anyone that would trust a filler material on an edge like the fender or door. That includes lead, body filler with or without fiberglass fibers, or epoxy. Welding is the answer either building up a thin bead at a time or welding an actual welding filler rod along the edge. (Brazing works too.) That will never be subject to damage from a bump or other mishap.

High Five! The lights look great. Thanks for sharing the info on the door alignment. I'm basically at this point right now. However, I'm waiting on final alignment until I get my replacement cowl in place so I can align the hood, to the fender, to the door.... not going to be fun.
