Pose situation and Mileage system [Lost Ark] 

Yeah, it seemed like Amethyst would be our not so bad mileage shop but then they pretty much forgot about it for awhile and then remembered it existed with bozos jar.

there just isnt any good way for people that want to spend money on the game to spend money. thats why rmt exists. in a way rmt is same as buying royal crystals except youre not getting scammed. bots farming chaos, fish and unas isnt even the way people rmt anymore. they buy gold from actual players. Ive had to rmt a few hundred k gold just to finish my first 2 characters engravings off. with the way pheons are in the game right now its just so much cheaper to buy good accessories and get it over with instead of buying greens and having to rebuy again and paying the rediculous pheon tax. I wouldnt rmt if I didnt need to. if i could slowly upgrade each accessory 1 by 1 without getting shat on by smilegate's pheon tax then i would. I rmt'ed to get my engravings and accessories done and make sure they're good quality so i can actually play the video game instead of getting gatekept. You either are a f2p player or a rmt'er. it makes 0 sense to ever get scammed by smilegate unless its like a reskin ticket or something that you cant buy with gold. it just is the sad truth. they can fix most of the rmt'ers by fixing their already shit and expensive to play game for both people that dont rmt and people that are forced to rmt.

If the wiki is still correct, you have 90 days since you start or to hit 1540 on any character in that roster for Mokoko Challenge to expire. (It's been so long for me that I had to look it up because I just didn't remember). Super Mokoko Express is a limited time event for all players that is given to use whenever they feels like giving it to us, which is usually with a new class release. Here is the link to the wiki if you wanna read the details lostark.fandom.com/wiki/Mokoko_Challenge and you can just search Super Mokoko Express near the top right. Additionally they started to pair Super Mokoko with another event called "Path_____" We had Path of the Soul Eater and we will have probably "Path to Theamine" with Breaker. Path started at 1540 where Super Mokoko ends for Soul Eater, but I think they were bundled for Theamine path in KR. So it's gamba on that. So yeah, you should have 88 more days on that Mokoko Challenge. Events should petty much all have start and end date on whatever banner they have in the window when you click their icon in the top right beside your map. I don't know if the Mokoko challenge does or not because I haven't seen it, but you should have 88 days or until you hit 1540 to do as much of that as you want.

@@siritalks5014 Yeah, unfortunately there's gonna be a bit of that probably. The thing is like a lot of LOA makes sense when you go through things naturally at their originally designed pace or near it. Like when it came out 2 years ago and played every update. But as they've done all these nerfs, boosts and events, you rush past things make less and less sense because of it because they forgot to teach you about the little things while you're driving in the express lane. I should also mention we should be getting another super mokoko with the path to theamine coming up with breaker release as well.

I literally talk about this in the video. That our implementation is not good and the reason why there is less pushback with mileage is because in KR they can buy what they want and get the points and just get things passively without buying things you don't want.

Yeah, unlike the poses it's something I really want. So I am a bit concerned about what they might cost.

@@Jukwol the thing is those skins don't cost the purchases need to accumulate the mileage points Mileage points are a discount on your purchase when McD offers you a free glass of any meal you buy over 20$ that doesn't make the glass cost 20$ this is something people need to get through their head and amazon putting these into 50$ bundles makes them cost 50$ for anyone who doesn't want the mats. it's like the McD meal if you just want the glass then technically the glass costs 20$ but you can go and say can i buy only the glass? and some restourants will sell you only the glass for a 1$ or something you can also go to random people and ask them only for the glass and they will sell it to you for a 1-2$s the poses on the other hand we have no alternative way of acquiring and just bcz korea mandates 500$ to be spent to acquire these things doesn't mean we have to be subjected to the same kind of treatment i hate it how the koreans feelings are always taken into consideration when it comes to stuff getting pushed to us. Same happened with legendary skins Same happened with esther dunno why we have to be fucked just as hard as KR for some things

Yeah, like 1 to 1 this is better than mileage. But there is still better ways than bundling it with items people don't really want or need. This is a lesser of two evils situation compared to their mileage shop imo.

I just want the legendary skin screw all these mats. And maybe if they would make a separate pose pack at a more reasonable price I'd probably buy but nah they bundle it up with the p2w mats so no thank you

I said in the mileage section that I think it's a good idea because it deters people from RMT since people will be encouraged to buy legit. Lower RMT means less profit for sellers meaning less bots if the sellers can't make enough money to make it worth their while to bot and sell RMT.

why are you even here then? also they are merging regions this summer, so the lobby issue will be somewhat mitigated, and better market for accessories and other stuff

That's a fair assessment of how it one of the events don't do well by new players since honing post 1540 things get rough. I don't think getting to 1540 for brel in the next month is bad for a new player but getting to 1580 would be a bit of a struggle. If that event extended for another month for Path to Thea it would be great.

@@Jukwol well true but let’s not forget that it’s not only the honing, new players will get gatekeep a lot and most party’s will not want them to run they only choice is to look for a party which will take time, look for a learning group or buy buses

@@tokyiryame402 Yeah, overall like I still stand by that this game needs a hard reset to allow people to get into the game without a lot of these early game struggles(Granted yes, you will always eventually get to the point you need another hard reset, but I think that's fine). I don't think just juicing people up is the right answer because even if their character is ready for endgame, the player isn't. People get into mmos all the time and stay when there is a new expansion and that's the feel LOA needs for new players. I know they're afraid to do it because they're afraid to piss off their whales, but they eventually stop playing and there is nobody to replace them.
