That’s very helpful, because the way my professor talks about different theories and theorists, I feel like I’m in a philosophy class and I don’t see how most of it applies. Thanks for helping me relax about it a bit.

Very helpful. As a researcher in the area of gender and education, positivism seems a challenge, as well as, interpretivism. Feminist researchers still fight with that.
