What's up, Achievers?! Jason here with a 10-minute full body post-workout cooldown and stretch routine for y'all!
Make sure have some space around you to stretch and flow a little bit as you cooldown from your workout!
Here are the moves and the muscles addressed:
Supine Breathing: Full Body Relaxation Drill
Supine Hip Flexion: Glutes and Hips
Half Kneeling Hip Flexor: Hip Flexors
Split Stance Adductor: Inner Thighs
Cat/Cow: Entire Spine
Prone Single Leg Reach Back: Chest/Shoulders/Upper Back

This was great, thank you! I just love the clear instruction, clear view of the your body so that I can make sure I'm doing it right, and the perfectly timed cues. It was so relaxing that I was surprised 10 minutes had already passed.

When I bend my left knee for the stretch at 6:24 the outer muscle on my leg starts to spasm. So a way to stretch/relax that muscle would be helpful for me.
