I have finished day 3, although a day late because of my time zone. I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!! I began doing them again around 15 months postpartum with my second, and doing them consistently 4 to 5 mornings a week. Currently my oldest is 4 and my youngest just turned 2!! I also feel the best I have ever felt in my life, and that is largely because of your workouts! THANK YOU!!

It adds big motivation to be a part of your challenge. ❤ 🎉 My baby is 11 weeks old and I try to workout while she naps. She woke up about 20 mins in and I learned to not get frustrated because it’s just reality for now. I feel good that I can get back to your workout and finish at my time. I also feel stronger each day, I notice such a difference! And the 360 breath and core activation makes a big improvement. I pray for my core recovery and strength and can’t thank you enough!

Finished with my day 3! It feels so good to be back on the mat. My baby girl is 6 months old. I'm so happy that I was able to find time for myself after 6 months. Loving the burn

Loved this!❤ First Workout PP where I felt like I was really at my breaking point (lunges) without risking my core. I'm 5 month PP and had severe DR, so still working on rebuilding my core after baby nr. 3.

I love your workouts but please don't say the workout is baby wearing friendly if I'll have to get on the floor at some point 😢 I had to pause, take the baby out of the carrier, and finish the workout with my baby crying
