POTATO & RECIPE:
🔶 3 Potatoes
🔶 2 Medium Leeks
🔶 3 Garlic Cloves
🔶 32oz of Chicken Broth (1 Box)
🔶 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
🔶 Salt& Pepper to taste
🔹 Step 1.
Prep Potatoes and Leeks and set aside.
🔹Step 2.
Saute Vegetables for 1-3 minutes then add 32oz of Chicken Broth and cook until soft 10 - 20 minutes.
🔹 Step 3.
Place sealed pot into sink and fill sink with cold water until it is about 3/4 to top of pan or pot. You may have to do this 2 - 3 times for it to completely cool. You can also just leave out and let cool if you have the time.
🔹 Step 4.
After soup has cooled you can place into a blender or food processor. I find that blenders make it smoother.
🔹 Step 5.
Now the soup has been blended you can add back to the pot and bring up to temperature and then add 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream (optional). This soup can also be eaten cold.
