Junior is my favorite! You can't help but to get a smile from that guy! He is always POSITIVE! If I wasn't across the country I would hang out with that guy for sure! Junior's impression of Bugz....HILARIOUS

Try 45 the bottom of your timbers for your risers Ryan, it will save you a tonne of work (you will be able to trowel or mag underneath them while pouring) Also if you can spray the inside of your form with diesel prior to pouring or even use formply (marine ply) few little tricks that are guaranteed to help you 🇦🇺

I always keep these two cans of spray silicone in the cab of the truck in case I forget or we run out of form oil for the small jobs...seems to work pretty good.
You heard the other day they said if JR was there all the forms would have been rinsed and put away already. Every job is important to the team. And he raises everyone's spirits that makes the jobs look even better!

Ryan, I'm proud that you let Jr. work. I think he is learning and wants to do more. You should challenge him in a diet for the season. If he loses more weight than you, he gets 1000.00 dollar bonus. Maybe start bringing in salads, hard-boil eggs and grilled chicken for you and him. Push him to work a little harder each week, so he can build up his strength and stamina. I’ll tell you. All this work reminds me of being a kid working with my dad doing house projects. I WOULD LOVE TO COME WORK FOR VICTORY OUTDOOR SERVICES FOR A WEEK!!!! Or maybe even as a everyday job but I live in Texas . I love all of your content!!

I worked for a guy that had a son who was like Darryl Jr. He was the life of the jobsite. His dad let him order concrete occasionally. Every once in a while an extra truck would show up that he'd order without anyone knowing about.
You dont necessarily need to buy a pump. When we have a really difficult job like that, we'll just rent a line pump for that day (about 400$ in VA). We've got a super small crew, so the pump is really helpful
Truthfully idc how many hiccups there’s been with Daryl and Jr, they make these work environments more fun and enjoyable. But yes my Sunday is made thanks Ryan great vid can’t wait to see it finished!🤙🏼

I don't see how anyone could be so disrespectful towards Daryl Jr. The guy has a big smile and good attitude. I've been doing concrete for 16 years and I've seen worst guys out there to have around. One thing I can say is morale is a huge thing when you got a group of guys doing concrete. If everyone stays happy and doesn't slip into negativity the day always goes by so smooth and easy.
You know the whole Darryl Jr thing bothers me cause of the way people think. I've said this before, this guy gets up every morning and comes to work. Most people in his position would stay home and live on the government. If Ryan likes him coming for moral support, then roll with it y'all aren't the one making payroll. So many people want to criticize this guy for coming to work. Ryan, you my friend will be blessed for your heart. You are a great dude, and no doubt a great boss to work for.
Ryan I just saw on a CG Schmidt job in Milwaukee they had small remote controlled concrete pumps. The unit itself had to only be 3 1/2’ wide and maybe 5’ long and probably 3’ tall. All controlled by a handheld controller. They were using on to pour a floor two stories underground in a basement.
Really angers me when people make comments about someone.. obviously he isn't the world's greatest star.. but there is more to a person then that. People need to be grown and have some compassion.. because let me tell ya.. your life can turn in a second.. and the shoe could be on the other foot.
