i think we all just love any type of video, breakfast, lunch, etc. doesn't matter. it's nice to see more variety, but keep up the great work. I'm sure we all appreciate the hard work and effort that you put into these videos and taking time out of your day to edit and upload

I don’t mind seeing the breakfast it’s relaxing and I feel like I know your menu ahah when you crack 3 eggs it’s an omelette also I love watching the pancakes batter being poured ahah it’s so satisfying to watch it spread out! I guess what I’m saying is don’t worry about only doing breakfast we really enjoy it
This brings back so many memories of my first job. Was in the kitchen of a local truck stop. We even had the same tile on the floor. I worked 11pm to 7am and made a lot of breakfast food and sandwiches. You run a clean and efficient kitchen. Any place would be lucky to have you on the grill.
i work in a factory now, but as a part time job while working construction i worked as a line cook mainly at night. I respect you and what you do. Its a stressful job especially when it gets busy...and i was only part time making sandwich's and salads. Thank you.
I'm a chef and still love that explain thing, you do a very diffrent job then me so i learn so things here and there. And i will never get tired of watching you work, such nice flow. Not gotten so far into the video yet, but i looove seeing prep.
tbh as a closer (cook, and front of house, Cross trained) you can learn a lot by doing a open/close respectively every once in a while. I remember my first open was to cover a cook who never showed up to unlock the doors I got woken up at 5am to WING my first open/breakfast.
