Oh my gosh....... Hysterical. You should be a comedian on television...... Fortunately Hermes where I shop in USA is nothing like this video. Yes, I was one of those you spoke about being offered a Birkin immediately. No issues. I have been offered multiple bags since then and I only own a few enamel clic-clac bracelets and a couple pair of sandals. It actually can happen. I do love my Hermes ❤ Birkin and Kellys.......
This is accurate sadly I knew someone who was like this When I went into Hermes in Washington DC I remember I asked about looking at a bracelet and a scarf and then I mention vaguely how do you get on the list for a quota bag (Birkin) this is like 2016 2017 she was so rude I swear to God I hated her She looked me up and down & rolled her eyes and walked away and then I walked out and went to Louis Vuitton

@@mandyk510 it’s always a hit or miss with the sales associates ! i’m going to visit the store again and request a different sales associate, hopefully I have a more pleasant experience ☺️ i’m an hermès lover and I can’t let that woman ruin my love for the brand ! i hope you have a great experience at the store !🥰
One of my favorite past times is messing with Hermès sales assistants in the stores. I must’ve done it half a dozen times in as many stores in the past year. I usually keep saying “I don’t understand” and “I’m not following you” when they’re pretending that they don’t have an item or can’t do something until they’re forced to go off script and get agitated. It’s company policy that they behave like assholes so I don’t feel guilty in the slightest.
Hermès Policy: #1 "You know, thats not really like, the kind of questions that I want to hear right off the bat. I don't want you to have to come in and be like "I want this, I want this, I want this". I don't want that. Okay? That's not how things go here." #2: "This list thing. I..eh, ed..I don't know who's, who told about a list. There is none." 💀💀💀💀
